One of my best friends is having a baby in a couple of months. I do not know if it's a boy or a girl so I'm making this in blue and white stripes which is hopefully unisex enough..? It's going to be a surprise so hopefully she doesn't see this!
This is a colaboration project with my friend and fab tech editor @FindMeKnitting. This project has been requested by several friends so hopefully will be worth it. It's a labour of love - I've already had to undo it 3 times!! Watch this space. It's a winter item so planning on having it ready for September.
I am also writing a pattern for a short sleeved lace jumper. This yarn is amazing and I am doubling it up (so it knits like a DK) because I am too lazy to knit lace on it's own. However, it because it's doubled up it really looks like spun gold
Warm and snuggle cashmere cowl made from Tesoro Chunky 100% cashmere yarn. This cowl is very simple but the stitch detail makes the resulting item more sturdy and thicker than stocking stitch fabric. It's will keep your neck warm even on the coldest of days.

This pattern is fab-u-lous and I knitted it in your Altopiano (100% cashmere) in colour 106 Cobalt which, I might add, goes really well with denim. The pattern is not difficult and knitting in the round makes it a very quick to finish - and a delight not to have to sew it up! (Posted on 16/02/2017)
